Frequently Asked Questions
We understand you may have questions regarding our office, what we offer, insurance, etc. before coming in. We hope to answer as much as we can here, but if not, please give us a call and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have!
Will health insurance cover chiropractic and massage therapy?
Most likely, yes. Every insurance company is different and each person has a different insurance plan, but your specific coverage will depend on your plan. If you want to know before you come in, you can either call your insurance and ask what your coverage is, or our Office Manager Hannah can look into it for you!
What insurances do you take?
We are currently in network with Premera, Regence, Cigna, American Specialty Health, Aetna, First Choice, Kaiser, United Healthcare, Anthem BlueCross, Bluecross Blueshield, TriWest, Medicare and most Medicare Supplement Plans.
Can I get adjusted if I'm pregnant?
Yes! We are trained to care of you at any stage in your pregnancy. It is our goal to make your pregnancy as pain free and enjoyable as possible!
How old do I have to be to get chiropractic care?
Chiropractic has no age limit. From newborns to senior citizens, we are open to all!
What if I don't have insurance?
No problem! We offer a few different options for both chiropractic and massage therapy for those who either don't have insurance or the cost with insurance is too high.
I was involved in a work injury, can I come to your office or do I need to see my regular doctor first?
If you were injured on the job and are experiencing pain or other symptoms, come see us and we can take some of the stress off of you and open an L&I claim for you here. We will get you on track to returning to pre-injury status!
I got in a car accident... can I be treated at your office for my injuries?
Yes! We encourage everyone involved in a motor vehicle accident to see a chiropractor to make sure there are no long term symptoms. After your first visit, we can explore insurance options to figure out how we can go forward with treatment and getting you pain free.
Do you require x-rays to be taken on the first visit?
For a new chiropractic patient, our doctors will want to take x-rays in order to see what you spine looks like before they treat it. That way if there any factors that might interfere with treatment, we can address those immediately.
